Who are Frankie & Tay?
Frankie and Tay are experienced freedom advocates committed to mobilizing the next generation of parents to reclaim their power. Frankie and Tay believe in taking radical responsibility for their family's quality of life and being part of a solution that will build a new earth for our children who can thrive and live in a world where they will always belong.
Frankie is certified in SOMA level 1 & 2, and trained in Rebirthing breathwork facilitation level 1, 2 & 3. Frank has also completed training in leadership, self-development and mental health courses, and uses his experience off the field amongst community during his career as an elite athlete, to understand how to powerfully connect and anchor people back into their bodies.
Taylor is a certified integrative nutrition health coach, trained in Rebirthing breathwork facilitation level 1, training in Holotropic Breathwork, has completed multiple self-development and Leadership courses. Taylor uses her experience of working with hundreds of people both in person and online to support her community intuitively and embodied.

In a growing industry of space holders and facilitators, we believe it is important to clarify our style of facilitation - we are mostly hands-off and won’t interfere unless we have your permission to support you through your process. We do not have a Saviour complex, because we believe you don’t need saving and you don’t need to outsource your power to us. This is why you will not see us call ourselves ‘healers’ because we are not here to heal you. You are your own healer. We are here to walk alongside you, to support you, to witness you.
If anything, the free birth of our daughter taught us this as it’s very similar to when you’re re-birthing yourself through your breath. It is when you dive deep into the shadow and depths of yourself, getting your ego annihilated, unraveling to your core...do you come out the other side truly embodied, integrated, and traversed back to wholeness.
We are also parents deep in the trenches every day facing off with our own inner work from childhood, constantly being triggered so that we can lean in and continually learn!

Why do I have to apply to attend?
This retreat is via application only and there are only 5 spots available. We ask that you only apply if you're serious and committed to showing up at this retreat. Applying does not guarantee you a spot and is for screening and approval purposes. If your application is unsuccessful a full refund will be provided.
Can I reserve a spot and pay later?
No. Since there are only 5 spots available, we cannot hold/reserve spots.
I’ve paid for my spot. What happens next?
Once you have answered the questions at check out and paid for your spot we will assess your application. If approved you will receive a confirmation email with a waiver to sign. If your application is unsuccessful, you will receive an email and a full refund. On 4th July / 14th November, you will receive a final email with the address and a list of recommended items to bring. You will not receive this email if the waiver has not been signed and/or if you have not paid the remaining balance by this date (for those on payment plans).
What is the cancellation policy?
There are no refunds, credits, exchanges if you choose to cancel for personal reasons, as expenses need to be covered prior to the retreat. A transfer may be arranged as agreed upon, for genuine circumstances, where attending retreat is no longer possible for that time.
Can you share more on the retreat location?
The retreat will be located near Nambucca Valley Region. If you require more specific information to arrange travel and accommodation before/after the retreat, please email [email protected]. Otherwise, the address with all important information will be sent out on on 4th July / 14th November.
Is it possible to cater to dietary requirements?
Food provided will be wholefoods with gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options available. Anything additional to this, we can’t guarantee as we can’t cater to every specific individual requirement but will do our best to make sure there are options.
Can I bring kids/babies, family, friends or pets?
This is strictly only for the couples who purchase a ticket to this retreat. If you would like to attend however the only thing holding you back in care for your little ones, please email us at [email protected] as we may be able to accommodate your situation.
Can I bring alcohol?
Strictly no alcohol permitted.
Will I have access to power and reception?
The glamping tents will not have access to power however there will be charging stations available for phones. There is no reception which is an invitation for you to disconnect, step away from any distractions and be present. In case of an emergency, there are communication services available.
Will the retreat still go ahead in wet weather?
Yes, retreats go ahead rain, hail or shine.
Do I need to stay on the property in order to attend the retreat?
Yes, it’s important that you both stay on the property in the allocated accommodation provided to honour the container we will set as a group and to make sure people aren’t coming and going which can disrupt the flow.
