The Brother's Voyage was birthed to bring men back home to their heart space. An innocence & freedom that has been slowly diluted through life & societal pressures/expectations. I wanted to create a path for men to see how beautiful it is when you let go of all judgements & surrender to your purest experience.

The Brother’s Voyage is something every man should do. If each man did so, the world would be a better place. Frankie and the team held space for each participant in a way I could not have expected. The last few years have been very dark, and filled with many unexpected personal challenges. The Brother’s Voyage allowed me to release some very deeply held pain and emotion. I feel lighter, more positive and although I know my journey continues, The Brother’s Voyage will hold a special place in my heart for what it afforded me. The breath work sessions in particular were transformative for me. If any man has the opportunity to participate, I cannot recommend The Brother’s Voyage more highly.

Frankie, thank you for being there for us brothers. You, Tay, and the Brothers have changed my life forever! When I got home, I hugged my partner and she said 'You are different'. She felt more held in my arms and I understood her healing journey and I have now jumped on board. My life is different now... I feel more grounded, in my body, love, and understanding. My life has slowed down. You taught me how to breathe and I will continue to make time for Breathwork for the rest of my life!

Wow, I don't think words will ever be able to describe the feeling I have inside right now! 14 men who came from all different walks of life came together & left as a brotherhood. Man, what a trip. I'm still processing what happened over the last 5 days. I have made friendships that will last forever! The Brothers! I feel like a new man, I now have a deep connection within myself which in turn creates a deep connection with my family. It was an emotional roller coaster such highs and lows which has now brought me such peace. I feel a great weight has been lifted of me and a huge light shining around me. I feel like I went there a boy and came out a man. I know so many people who would benefit out of doing this retreat. I also feel sad for them as many of them will be too stubborn to look deeper into what it means to live life to the fullest. Who knew the party boy Micko could get so in-tune with his life! I'm posting this for another who wants to feel alive again and I know the answer and it's not what ya think. People will judge me, and I accept that, but they'll never know what they missed out on. These are special people here to make you a better version of yourself in a very beautiful place.

The Brother's Voyage is a journey like no other. Held at the Alofa Village - it is a safe environment for you to un-mask and allow your personal ship to be sailed/steered exactly where you need in order to uncover layers of conditioning/traumas/wounds to reveal your true self in order to be the best version of yourself possible. TBV provided me with the environment and opportunity to reset and reclaim who I truly am. Most importantly It provided me the opportunity to start again, connect back to myself, and align myself with who I want to be, allowing me to travel home being a better Father, Partner, Son, and Brother. This experience is priceless. I can’t wait to come back to the Village next year.

Energies and spirits lifted to new heights, now friends for life. Every little detail about this retreat - from the 3 truly amazing coaches to the magical location, ceremonies, music, food, and flow of all the scheduled activities and healing modalities - has been curated with love and to perfection for maximum impact. The signup fee might seem like a big investment but it’s peanuts for what you’ll get in return. The Brother’s Voyage is life-changing. If only it was possible to get every man on the planet to attend, the world would be healed. There’s nothing like this in existence and it was an absolute gift to experience Frankie’s Vision and village, and to be on the receiving end of his love and huge heart, which is the size of Samoa! The 4 days was the most mind-bending, perspective-shifting, heartopening, profound & life changing experience I have ever had the pleasure of going through. From start to finish, I felt so welcome, so safe, so supported and so loved. I felt like I belonged. These feelings are normally foreign to me, as large groups of guys that I haven’t met before typically makes me anxious. You all came forth with uniquely special gis and each of your energies was so grounded and present. There was not one moment where I did not feel I could have a conversation or come to any of you with my thoughts. Frank Winterstein

Founder of 'Freequency with Frankie' and 'The Brother's Voyage'. Father. Husband. Proud Samoan born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Retired professional athlete; and represented both Samoa and Australia in Rugby League and Rugby Union.

Frankie is certified in SOMA level 1 and 2, and trained in Rebirthing breathwork facilitation level 1, 2 and 3. He has also completed training in leadership, self-development and mental health courses, and uses his experience off the field amongst community during his career as an elite athlete, to understand how to powerfully connect and anchor people back into their bodies. Having left behind the bright lights of the stadiums to ignite the light within us all; Frankie is here to do Gods work, being used as a vessel by God for LOVE; by bringing you healing and (re)connection through the sacred power of the breath!

His style of facilitation is mostly hands off and won’t interfere with your process unless you give him permission to support your process. He is not a "healer" and he is not here to heal you. There is no "saviour complex" as he believes we don’t need saving and we don’t need to outsource our power to anyone. If anything, he learnt the important of this during the freebirth of his daughter because it is very similar to when you’re re-birthing yourself through your own breath. You are your own healer. He is here to walk alongside you, to support you, to witness you. Brendan Holland

Brendan is the founder of 'The Healing Breath', formed from his own personal journeying having attended a men's retreat in late 2022. Having experienced the amazing power of the breath for himself in that setting and the transformations of the men who attended; it lit a fire within him to be of service. He is also a certified SOMA Advanced Breath Instructorand father.

Hailing from New Zealand, Daniel now lives in Australia holding space for the men and woman of Canberra. He is the owner of the Locker Room barbershop, a safe space dedicated to mens mental health and Mānava Breathwork (the Samoan word for breathing),where he supports others to feel, heal and grow. Daniel is also a proud father to 2 beautiful boys.
