No. This retreat is only open to FFF members with active memberships.  

Once the booking is made there are no refunds or credits if you choose to cancel for personal reasons or cancel your membership before the retreat, as expenses need to be covered prior to the retreat.

Once we've received your booking you will receive an email with a form to fill out and a 'Confidentiality & Release of Liability' waiver to sign. 

You will receive a final email with the address and a list of recommended items to bring. You will not receive this email if the waiver has not been signed or if you have not paid the remaining balance (for those on payment plans).

You will be required to bring

• Your own accommodation
• Sleeping gear (e.g. sleeping bag, pillows, blankets)
• Toiletries
• Plenty of snacks
• Extra drinking water and drinks

A more detailed list will be sent to you closer to the date to ensure you're all set. 

No. Since this is only open to 14 families we cannot hold/reserve spots. 

The retreat will be located near Nambucca Valley Region. If you require more specific information to arrange travel and accommodation before/after the retreat, please email [email protected]. Otherwise, the address with all important information will be sent out 1 week before retreat.

Unfortunately, since this is a family event with an expected large number of kids, pets will not be permitted. 

Definitely! There will be women and men group sessions; and an adult group breathe available for you to participate in. There will be opportunities for free time where you can relax, connect and enjoy to property. You're more than welcome to have free time during the kid's group session. 

Food provided will be wholefoods with gluten free, diary free, nut free and vegetarian options available.

Anything additional to this, we can’t guarantee as we can’t cater to every specific individual requirement but will do our best to make sure there are options.

If you'd like to bring some alcohol we ask that it's not in an excessive amount and be mindful that this is a family retreat, where we will be doing men/women's group sessions and breathwork.

Yes, only a  standard Caravan/RV/Motorhome under 10 meters in length will be able to get across the bridge on the property.

This retreat is exclusive to 'Families For Freedom' members only. This means you can only bring immediate family members within your household. 

Babies - little ones are more than welcome. There will be free play areas; and of course the beautiful property and creek they can enjoy with you.

Kids over 12 - The kids sessions/activities are catered to kids aged 2-12. During this time you can take them around the property to enjoy. Also, kids over the age of 12 can participate in the group breathe session with the adults if they are interested. 

Yes, it’s important for those attending the retreat to stay at our property so we can honour the container we set and make sure people aren’t coming and going which can disrupt the flow.

Yes, but we will assess this closer to the date.

Although these are unpowered sites, there will be charging stations for phones. There will be a tea & coffee station for hot water. Bringing portable camp stoves is recommended if you would like to heat up food as there will be no microwaves.
