Who is Tay?
Woman, Wife, Mother to two young sons, Founder of the Australian Freedom Keepers Chapter, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Activist, Speaker and all round unstoppable force when it comes to protecting our freedom, sovereignty and body autonomy.
Tay pioneered 'Tay's Way' in 2014 which originally started as a wellness blog as she began sharing her own holistic health journey which then naturally evolved into the global 'Tay's Way Movement' after her blog gained momentum when she became consistently vocal about why we should always have the FREEDOM TO CHOOSE what goes into our sacred bodies, especially our children's.
Who is Frankie?
A father, husband, proud Samoan, recently retired professional athlete for the last 12 years.
Frankie has represented both Samoa and Australia on the international stage in rugby league and union. Frankie's career has taken him to every corner of the world and now he leaves behind the lights of the stadiums to ignite the light within others.
Frankie is a certified breath work facilitator and the founder of ‘FREEQUENCY WITH FRANKIE’ that activates healing and reconnection amongst the community by using the sacred power of the breath.
